A DREAM come true!The Disaster risk Reduction and Emergency Advance team and Managers (DREAM) of NSTP Cauayan Campus, the operatonal arm of the MY DREAM Project (Managing a Youth Disaster risk  Reduction and Emergency Advance team and Managers) undergoes a collaborative capability training with the Bureau of Fire Protection - Cauayan CityGearing to the creation of Campus-based Incident Command System (ICS), this Phase 2 Capability Training of Student Volunteers aims to promote awareness and develop skills aligned to capacitate responders at times of fire and earthquake incidents, thereby managing and controling their impacts to supposed victims and to the community in general.The ISU Cauayan NSTP Office led Dr. Harvey T. Alejandro, will spearhead the project for expansion across all ISU Campuses under the supervion of Dr. Aquim D. Verzon being the University NSTP Director.
